Position Summary
The Estimator is responsible for analyzing plans, specifications, and proposals to produce accurate cost estimates. This role works closely with the project management and business development teams to ensure bids and budgets align with client expectations and Mora Construction's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
Quantify materials, labor, and time requirements for projects.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure scope coverage.
Develop detailed cost analyses and project proposals for client presentation.
Compare estimated and actual costs to improve accuracy in future bids.
Participate in project handoff meetings and support budgeting for active jobs.
Maintain organized estimate files and cost history databases.
Assist with value engineering and constructability reviews during design development.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction estimator (commercial experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff preferred.
Strong math, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Position Summary
The Project Manager provides leadership and direction for all aspects of assigned projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client expectations while maintaining Mora Construction's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects.
Prepare project budgets, schedules, and cost projections.
Manage contracts, submittals, RFls, and change orders.
Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure all work meets contractual and quality standards.
Track project progress and proactively resolve schedule or cost issues.
Review subcontractor invoices and assist with monthly billing.
Support field teams by providing timely direction and resources.
Promote teamwork, safety, and clear communication across all project participants.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore (or similar project management software).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Superintendent is responsible for on-site coordination and supervision of all phases of construction projects, ensuring work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain the construction schedule.
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
Perform daily inspections and quality control checks throughout the project.
Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination and safety meetings.
Maintain detailed daily logs, progress photos, and project documentation.
Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, design professionals, and clients.
Enforce company safety policies and monitor compliance with OSHA standards.
Assist with project closeout, punch list completion, and final inspections.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience, including 2 years as Superintendent.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
